Self Awareness

Self-awareness is the experience and understanding of one's own personality and individuality. 


In my experience I have seen lots of person being so confused and in doubt that what should they do what is good what is bad for them, what is their ability? What can they do? And many things related to their own personalities, related to their own life decisions, due to which they keep on procrastinating or become dependent on others for many important life decisions. Self-awareness is the ability to focus on yourself and how your actions, thoughts, or emotions do or don't align with your internal standards. If you're highly self-aware, you can objectively evaluate yourself, manage your emotions, align your behavior with your values, and understand correctly how others perceive you. Research suggests that when we see ourselves clearly, we are more 

confident and more creative. We make sounder decisions, build stronger relationships, and communicate more effectively. We're less likely to lie, cheat, etc.
